Ингредиенты

  • 1 x Onion, chop fine
  • 3 sprg parsley
  • 3 x Scallions, chop
  • 1/4 tsp Powdered bay leaf
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1/4 tsp Dry oregano
  • 1 x Clove garlic, crush
  • 1 x Lemon, juice
  • 3/4 c. Oil
  • 1/4 tsp Freshly grnd pepper

  1. Mix all the ingredients together thoroughly. Pour the mix over the meat, chicken or possibly fish to be marinated and allow to steep for 2 hours., turning occasionally. Then grill meat, and,if you like,slice thin and serve on garlic bread. Below is another recipe. Just a quickie, but quite good. I do not have amounts for everything. Just use your judgement accdng to how much meat you have. Soy sauce; a little red wine (optional); a bunch of garlic pwdr, and onion pwdr. Marinate at least one hour, turning once.

We are in cool climate in fall and winter, so we do not get to grill all year, but if we could, we would!! E N J O Y P.S. The red wine in the second recipe also helps tenderize the meat, in addition to adding flavor.
