Ингредиенты

1 med. onion, minced 1/3 c. oil 1/4 c. pineapple juice 1/8 teaspoon garlic pwdr

1/2 c. soy sauce 2 tbsp. brown sugar 4-6 pork chops

Инструкции

1. Combine above ingredients. Pour over 4 to 6 pork chops, placed either in a large plastic bag or possibly pan with a cover. Marinate 4 hrs or possibly overnight. Grill chops about 10 min on each side.
