- 1/4 c. lemon juice
- 1 (14 ounce.) can sweetened condensed lowfat milk
- 1 (9-inch) baked graham cracker crust
- Non-dairy whipped topping
- Minced walnuts

- Peel avocados and remove pits. Combine avocados, lemon juice and condensed lowfat milk in blender container. Blend 3 to 5 min till smooth.
- Turn into crust and cover completely with whipped topping. Sprinkle with walnuts. Refrigerate3 hrs before serving. Makes about 8 servings.
