  • 4 quart Dandelion blossoms
  • 4 quart Boiling water
  • 6 x Oranges
  • 4 x Lemons
  • 2 x Yeast cakes
  • 4 lb Sugar

  1. Scald the blossoms in the boiling water and let stand overnight. The next morning, strain, add in the pulp and juice of 6 oranges, the juice of 4 lemons, the yeast and the sugar. Let ferment for 4 days, then strain and bottle. Serve in small glasses at room temperature.
