- Arrange the bread cubes in a single layer on a baking sheet.
- Bake at 325 degrees for 10 min. Place bread cubes in an 8-inch square baking dish coated with cooking spray. Combine lowfat milk and next 8 ingredients in a medium bowl, and stir with a wire whisk till well-blended. Stir in raisins.
- Pour lowfat milk mix over bread, tossing gently to coat. Let the mix stand40 min. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour and 10 min or possibly till pudding is set. Serve hot.
