- CREPES: Mix all together, no lumps. Heat 1 tsp. butter in small frying pan. Add in 2 Tbsp. batter, spread thin. Cook till dry on one side. Turn, cook other side. Don't brown. Repeat till all crepe batter is used.
- FILLING: Mix all ingredients. Put filling in middle of crepes and fold sides in.
- Put in baking dish; cover with tomato sauce. Bake 1/2 hour at 350 degrees. Makes 15 manicotta.
