- 1 x ripe mango juice from one orange juice from one lime
- 5 ounce soft or possibly hard low-fat tofu (1% fat)
- 3 Tbsp. sugar

- Toss in a blender and puree. Pour into serving bowls and refrigerateone hour.
- I was in heaven, hope you'll enjoy it.
- NOTES : I made the mango pudding (with tofu) which was just posted to the list - it was terrific! I used brown sugar instead of white, otherwise, pretty much according to recipe. It was a little loose but within 'pudding parameters. Served it to guests too, they were a little surprised it was tofu. I'm glad it's mango season
