  • 2 x (dry) Habaneros
  • 1 x Mango, peeled, pitted
  • 1 quart Softened ice cream

Инструкции

  1. Puree 2 (dry) habaneros in a blender with one peeled and pitted mango.
  2. Fold into a litre of softened icecream and freeze.
  3. Instead of dry habaneros, I used fresh 'preserved' in vodka. I was lucky sufficient to find some in London recently, minced them up and covered them with vodka. Thanks to whoever recommended this a while ago. I used dairy-free icecream, worked fine. Karin ([email protected])
