4 Rock Cornish game hens
2 c. seasoned stuffing croutons
1/2 c. diced mandarin oranges

1/4 c. melted butter
1/4 c. soy sauce
1 garlic, clove, crushed

Инструкции

Stuff hens with crouton mix. Mix soy sauce and garlic; brush on hens. Roast at 350 degrees for 1 1/2 hrs or possibly till done (185 degrees). Baste every 15 min. Serves 4.
