Ингредиенты

4 x Italian sausages, sliced 1/2 x Pepper, green 1/2 x Pepper, red 3/4 tsp Oregano 1/2 x Onion, minced

1/2 tsp Basil, dry 1 can Tomato paste 1 x salt and pepper to taste Water 2 x Garlic, mashed

Инструкции

1. Slice sausages, cook in fry pan. Slice peppers and onion and add in to sausage. Add in garlic, and seasonings.
2. Add in tomato paste and sufficient water to make sauce consistency. Cook on medium till sausages are throughly cooked (about 20 min). Serve over rice.
3. This recipe is very versatile. You can make with less sausage and more peppers and onions if desired.
4. Measurements are approximate on everything.
