Maine fiddleheads; 1/2 c. fresh-picked crabmeat; 1/4 c. salsa; 1 dsh Tabasco pepper sauce Salt to taste Freshly-grnd black pepper to taste

Ингредиенты

1/2 c. mayonnaise
1/2 c. lowfat milk
1 tsp corn starch
3 x Large eggs
1/2 c. grated cheese Swiss and Penobscot cheddar (2 to 1)
1/3 c. sliced green onion
1 1/2 c. cubed cooked ham
1/2 c. Maine fiddleheads
1/2 c. fresh-picked crabmeat
1/4 c. salsa
1 dsh Tabasco pepper sauce Salt to taste Freshly-grnd black pepper to taste

Инструкции

Mix mayonnaise, lowfat milk, corn starch and Large eggs till smooth. Stir in the remaining ingredients. Put in pie shell and bake at 350 degrees for 35 to 40 min.
Can freeze after baking and rebake.
