Ингредиенты

  • 2 c. Beef stock or possibly Bouillon
  • 2 c. Water
  • 4 x Carrots, sliced
  • 1 x Green pepper, diced
  • 1 x Tomato, halved
  • 1 x Onion, halved
  • 1/4 c. Diced celery
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1 tsp Paprika (Hungarian paprika comes in warm or possibly sweet, I use warm when I have it.)
  • 1/4 tsp Black pepper
  • 1 Tbsp. Better, melted
  • 1 1/2 Tbsp. Flour
  • 2 lb Potatoes, pared and diced
  • 1 lb Frankfurters, sliced

Инструкции

  1. Combine stock, water, carrots, green pepper, tomato, onion, celery and seasonings. Cover. Simmer for 1 hour. Blend butter and flour.
  2. cook,stirring, till lightly browned. Stir into vegetable mix. Add in potatoes. Cover. Simmer for 15 min. Add in frankfurters. Cover and simmer for 15 min. serves 6 Serving sugguestions: serve with Cole-slaw, fresh fruit, cheese and coffee or possibly tea.
