1 c. apple juice or possibly orange juice (make sure it's fresh) 4 lg. apples, peeled & cored 1 teaspoon cinnamon

1 teaspoon nutmeg 2 frzn bananas 1 peeled & cored pear (optional)

Инструкции

1. Put apple juice and fruits in blender. Blend till smooth. Then add in spices and mix. When feeding a baby, cut spices in half.
