1 1/2 c. cooked macaroni
1 c. lowfat milk
1 (19 ounce.) can tomatoes
1/2 c. shredded carrot
1 teaspoon salt
3 Large eggs, beaten
1 c. soft bread crumbs
2 c. coarsely shredded cheddar cheese
1/3 c. onion, minced
1/4 teaspoon pepper

Heat oven to 350 degrees. Place macaroni in a 1 1/2 qt casserole. Combine all ingredients and stir mix into macaroni. Bake uncovered 1 1/4 hrs. Serves 6.
