If you think you have outgrown the Mac and Cheese then give this a shot, the grown up version of the classic. Using the same concept instead of using cheddar cheese this pasta uses some blue cheese to give it a more potent kick! I know it’s not for everyone but if you’re a blue cheese lover like me then give this a shot.
