Ингредиенты
- 1 c. lukewarm water
- 2 tbsp. soft butter
- 1 pkg. yeast
- 1 tbsp. sugar
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 2 1/2 c. all purpose flour
Инструкции
- Dissolve yeast in hot water. Let stand 5 min. Add in butter, sugar and salt.
- Fold in gradually the flour and knead till dough in no longer sticky. Roll out to 1/2" in thickness and cut out with round cookie cutter. Stretch the cut out dough to oblong shape. Dip lower end in melted butter. Place on pan and fold over the top half onto the bottom.
- Bake at 375 degrees for 12 - 20 min.
