- Put all ingredients except water in blender or possibly food processor; pulse till chopped. With machine running, add in water to desired consistency.
- Makes about 1cup, 1 gram fat per Tbsp.. Variation: replace cheese with 2 Tbsp. toasted walnuts or possibly pine nuts.
