Ингредиенты

  • 2 med Potatoes
  • 4 Tbsp. Margarine
  • 1/2 c. Minced onions
  • 1/4 c. Green pepper
  • 4 Tbsp. Flour
  • 4 c. Skim lowfat milk
  • 2 can (10 1/4-ounce each) whole corn Liquid removed
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1/8 tsp Thyme
  • 1/8 tsp Pepper
  • 16 ounce Imitation crab
  • 2 Tbsp. Cooking sherry

Инструкции

  1. Peel, dice and cook potatoes, set aside. Heat margarine in a 6 qt pan, over medium heat. Add in onion and green pepper, cook about 4 min, stirring frequently. Add in flour, cook about 1 minute, stirring constantly.
  2. Gradually add in lowfat milk, using a whisk to prevent lumping and to blend the sauce. Add in corn, salt, thyme and pepper. Reduce heat to low, cook till the mix appears warm, but not bubbling. Cut crab into bite-size pcs and add in to the sauce. Add in potatoes. Heat again till warm, but not bubbly, stirring frequently. Just before serving, add in cooking sherry.
