  • 1/2 c. protein pwdr
  • 1/8 c. vital wheat gluten
  • 1 Tbsp. soy flour
  • 1 dsh salt
  • 1 x egg
  • 1/8 c. water

  1. Mix first 4 ingredients together in bowl. In a separate bowl, slightly beat egg and and water. Add in egg mix to dry ingredients and mix well to get a bread-type dough. Roll out thin and cut into strips, like fettuccini, or possibly healthy pinch off into little pcs (for spaetzel).
  2. Drop into boiling water. Let boil 1 to 2 min - watch carefully and don't overboil as strips may become gummy. Drain well, butter if desired, and top with your favorite low-carb sauce.
  3. This recipe yields 2 servings;
