Ингредиенты

  • 2 tsp Gelatin
  • 1 c. Cool water
  • 3/4 c. Nonfat dry lowfat milk
  • 1 1/2 c. Fresh lowfat milk
  • 3 Tbsp. Sugar
  • 1 Tbsp. Liquid sweetener
  • 2 tsp Pure vanilla
  • 2 Tbsp. Lemon juice

Инструкции

  1. Directions:Soften gelatin in 1/2 c water.
  2. Mix 1/4 c dry lowfat milk with freshmilk; scald. Dissolve gelatin in lowfat milk; stir in 2 tb sugar, liquid sweetener, and vanilla. Refrigeratetill slightly thickened.
  3. Beat 1/2 c dry lowfat milk with 1/2 c very cool water till it begins to thicken.
  4. Add in lemon juice; beat till thick. Beat in 1 tb sugar till mix is consistency of whipped cream. Mix in chilled gelatin mixure. Pour into ice trays; freeze.
