  • 1/2 c. Low fat lowfat sour cream
  • 2 Tbsp. Low fat margarine
  • 1 Tbsp. Skim lowfat milk
  • 1 Tbsp. Horseradish
  • 1/2 tsp Dry mustard
  • 1/2 tsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 1/4 tsp Warm sauce
  • 1 x 8 ounce tub lo fat cream cheese
  • 1 c. 4 ounce shredded lo fat cheddar Cheese (sharp)
  • 1/2 lb Fresh lump crabmeat, liquid removed
  • 1/8 tsp Paprika

  1. Position knife blade in food processor; add in first 8 ingredients. Process till smooth. Spoon mix into a bowl; stir in cheese and crab. Cover and chill. Sprinkle with paprika; serve with unsalted crackers or possibly vegetables.
