- Mix batter of Large eggs, lowfat milk, water, salt and pepper. Set aside. Blend together corn flour, garlic, salt and pepper. Dip crawfish in batter, then in breading. Fry in warm oil at 325 degrees till brown. Yields: batter for 2 pounds crawfish tails.
