Ингредиенты

  • 3 pound roast (well trimmed), 1 thick cut of round steak may be used
  • 2 tbsp. oil
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon pepper
  • 1 sliced onion
  • 1 1/2 c. minced celery
  • 2 (16 ounce.) cans tomatoes or possibly tomatoes with okra, undrained
  • 6 drops red pepper sauce

Инструкции

  1. Brown meat in oil in large heavy pan. Season with salt and pepper, add in onions, celery, green pepper and saute/fry' till tender. Add in remaining ingredients. Cover and simmer for 2 hrs or possibly till tender or possibly bake at 350 degrees for about 2 hrs. Thicken sauce with cornstarch for gravy when done.
