Ingredients: 1/2 lb Good bacon, diced; 1 lrg Onion chopped; 1/3 c. Brown sugar; 1/3 c. White sugar; 1/4 c. Good catsup (ketchup); 1/2 c. Spicy barbecue sauce; 2 Tbsp. Real molasses; 2 Tbsp. Prepared mustard; 1/2 tsp Chili pwdr; 1 tsp Salt; 1/2 tsp Black pepper; 1 can (16-ounce) butter beans; 2 can (16-ounce) red kidney beans; 1 can (large) pork and beans; 1 lb Good smoked ham, diced

Ингредиенты

1/2 lb Good bacon, diced
1 lrg Onion chopped
1/3 c. Brown sugar
1/3 c. White sugar
1/4 c. Good catsup (ketchup)
1/2 c. Spicy barbecue sauce
2 Tbsp. Real molasses
2 Tbsp. Prepared mustard
1/2 tsp Chili pwdr
1 tsp Salt
1/2 tsp Black pepper
1 can (16-ounce) butter beans
2 can (16-ounce) red kidney beans
1 can (large) pork and beans
1 lb Good smoked ham, diced

Инструкции

Brown the bacon and remove before it gets crisp. Add in the ham to the bacon drippings and hot. Add in the onion and cook until translucent/soft. Add in the remaining ingredients and simmer 30 min. I use "Old Mill" barbecue sauce from Omaha (warm), but use your favorite.
