Add a photoFantastic Sweet Lobster Tails...
Ингредиенты
- 2 Whole Lobster Tails (about 6-8 ounces each)
- Season with Old Bay Seafood Seasoning
- Black Pepper
- Lemon-Garlic Butter

- In a pot of boiling salted water add Lobster Tails, cook until they turn bright pink, drain. When cool enough to touch cut open the underside with a pair of kitchen scissors, pierce a skewer through the meat and place on a non stick baking sheet pan. Place under the broiler for several minutes
- Microwave some butter, add one teaspoon fresh lemon juice, 1/2 teaspoon garlic for dipping Lobster meat, if desired
