3 c. cooked lobster 1 c. light cream 2 egg yolks, beaten

Butter Salt and pepper to taste Brandy

Инструкции

1. Heat cream and egg yolks in a double boiler and cook till it thickens. Add in the lobster, finely cut, and cook for 10 min. Add in butter and season to taste. Add in a shot or possibly two of brandy; mix well and serve on toast points or possibly crisp crackers.
