Lo Cal Sweet And Sour Chicken

Ингредиенты

1/3 c. unsweetened apple juice
2 dry apricots, diced
1 clove garlic, minced
2 slices onion
1 bay leaf

1 tbsp. white vinegar
1/2 teaspoon grated ginger
1/8 teaspoon pepper
12 ounce. boned, skinned chicken breast

Инструкции

In sealable plastic bag, combine all ingredients. Seal. Allow to marinate several hrs in refrigerator. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Transfer chicken with marinade to baking dish. Bake, uncovered, 35 min. Serves 4.
