Ингредиенты

  • 1 pound beef liver, cut in sm. strips
  • 1 lg. onion, sliced
  • 1/4 c. soy sauce
  • 1/2 c. water
  • 2 tbsp. sugar
  • Dash of pepper and garlic salt
  • 1/4 c. flour
  • 2 tbsp. shortening

Инструкции

  1. Cut liver in small strips; roll well in flour. Heat shortening in skillet. Add in liver and fry only till browned. Add in remaining ingredients. Cover and cook over low heat till liver is no longer pink. Be careful not to overcook! Serve with rice.
