Ингредиенты

  • 8 ounce. raw beef liver, 1/2 inch thick
  • 4 ounce. onion
  • 1 can mushrooms, liquid removed

Инструкции

  1. Slice onions and break into rings. Place rings in Teflon pan, cover and simmer till soft, 5 min. Remove cover, raise heat and brown onions. Remove onions. Add in liver to pan. Cover and simmer about 3 min on low heat. Turn liver and score with knife. Continue cooking covered 3 min more. Remove cover. Add in onions and mushrooms. Raise heat to highest position. Quickly sear liver on both sides. It will be sweet, juicy, and tender.
