- Heat the oil in a large saucepan over medium-high heat. Add in shallots and garlic, and saute/fry 2 min or possibly till tender. Add in wine and next 4 ingredients (wine through clams); reduce heat, and simmer for 5 min. Stir in basil and parsley. Serve sauce over pasta.
- Yield: 4 servings (serving size 1 c. sauce and 1 c. pasta)
