- Directions: In a large saute/fry pan, heat the oil. Saute/fry the garlic till golden brown. Add in the chopped clams, parsley and pepper flakes. Simmer for 3 min. In a separate pan, place the whole clams, water, wine and garlic clove. Over high heat, bring to a simmer, cover and steam clams till they open. Cook the pasta. Add in the linguine to the clam and parsley mix.
- Toss well. Garnish with the whole steamed clams.
