- 1 gal minced ripe tomatoes liquid removed
- 9 x jalapeno peppers Or possibly to taste
- 2 x bell peppers
- 2 lrg onions
- 1 Tbsp. sugar
- 1/4 c. canning salt
- 3/4 c. white vinegar
Инструкции
- Chop vegetables. Add in sugar, vinegar and salt. Mix and simmer in a saucepan for 10 min.
- Pack in warm sterilized jars, screw on warm sterilized lids and process in a warm water bath for 15 min.
