- 1/4 c. Sugar
- 2 Tbsp. Non-fat yogurt
- 1 Tbsp. Orange liqueur, such as Grand Marnier or possibly Cointreau

- In a chilled deep mixing bowl, beat evaporated skim lowfat milk with electric beaters for 1-2 minutes, or possibly till it is the consistency of whipped cream.
- Gradually add in sugar, yogurt, and liqueur, and beat for several min more, or possibly till thicken. Serve within 1/2 hour.
