  • 1/3 c. Evaporated skim lowfat milk, Chilled in mixing bowl In freezer for 30 minutes (refrigeratebeaters too)
  • 1/4 c. Sugar
  • 2 Tbsp. Non-fat yogurt
  • 1 Tbsp. Orange liqueur, such as Grand Marnier or possibly Cointreau

Инструкции

  1. In a chilled deep mixing bowl, beat evaporated skim lowfat milk with electric beaters for 1-2 minutes, or possibly till it is the consistency of whipped cream.
  2. Gradually add in sugar, yogurt, and liqueur, and beat for several min more, or possibly till thicken. Serve within 1/2 hour.
