- Coat a large nonstick skillet with cooking spray; add in margarine. Place over medium-high heat till margarine melts. Add in mushrooms and green onions; saute/fry 1 minute. Add in oysters, and saute/fry 2 min. Add in chicken broth, wine, oregano, and warm sauce; cook 2 min. Add in parsley and lemon juice; stir well. Remove from heat and keep hot.
- Cook pasta according to package directions, omitting salt and fat, drain.
- Place pasta in a serving bowl, and add in oyster mix; toss gently. Sprinkle with cheese. Serve immediately.
- Yield: 5 servings.
