- To make the Sugar Syrup: In a small saucepan, combine sugar, 1/2 c. water, and lemon rind. Bring to a boil, remove from heat, and cold. (Makes 1 c.)
- In a large pitcher, combine 2 qts cool water, sugar syrup, and lemon juice. Add in ice, and serve in tall glasses
- This recipe yields about 2 qts.
- Yield: 2 qts
