- Crust:
- 1/2 cup butter
- 1/4 cup powdered sugar
- 1 cup flour
- Filling:
- 2 Tablespoons lemon juice
- 2 eggs beaten
- 2 Tablespoons flour
- 1 Cup granulated sugar
- 1/2 tsp. baking powder
Инструкции
- Mix together first three ingredients and press in 8 inch square pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 15 minutes.
- Mix dry ingredients and add eggs and juice. Spread over baked crust and bake at 350 degrees for 25 minutes.
- Optional: frost with lemon juice and powdered sugar mixture glaze
