- Nonstick vegetable oil spray
- 3 c. all-purpose flour
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 1/2 c. (3 sticks) unsalted butter, room temperature
- 3 c. sugar
- 5 lrg Large eggs
- 1 1/2 tsp grated lemon peel (zest), colored part only, divided use
- 1 1/2 tsp grated lime peel (zest), colored part only, divided use
- 3/4 c. plus (about) 2 Tbsp. lemon-lime soda, such as 7-Up
- 1 1/4 c. powdered sugar

- 1. Preheat oven to 325 degrees. Spray 12 c. Bundt pan with nonstick spray.
- Whisk flour and salt in bowl to blend. Using electric mixer, beat butter in large bowl till fluffy. Gradually beat in sugar. Beat in Large eggs, one at a time, beating between additions to incorporate each egg.
- 2. To egg mix, beat in 1 tsp. each lemon peel and lime peel. Beat in flour mix in 4 additions alternately with 3/4 c. lemon-lime soda in 3 additions. Transfer batter to prepared pan.
- 3. Bake in preheated oven till golden brown on top and tester inserted near center comes out clean, about 1 hour and 15 min. Cold cake in pan 5 min. Turn cake out onto rack and cold completely.
- 4. Combine powdered sugar and remaining 1/2 tsp. each lemon peel and lime peel in bowl. Whisk in sufficient of remaining soda to create thick smooth icing.
- Drizzle icing over cake.
