Рецепт Lemon--Honey Vinaigrette

• If you like tangy, flavorful dressings give this a try. It’s easy to make and goes well with any type of lettuce, nuts, and ripe, flavorful cheeses.
• Lemon-Honey Vinaigrette:
• Lemon Juice 1/2 cup
• Apple Cider Vinegar 1/4 cup
• Honey 1/4 cup
• Olive Oil 1 cup
• Chopped parsley 2 tablespoons
• Lemon Zest 2 tablespoons
• Salt and Pepper to Taste
• Mix together the lemon juice, apple cider vinegar, honey, lemon zest and parsley. Slowly add the olive oil to create an emulsion. Enjoy!
