Ингредиенты

  • 2 tsp butter or possibly margarine
  • 1 x clove garlic, chopped
  • 3/4 lb sugar snap peas, about 4 c.
  • 1/2 c. no fat chicken broth
  • 2 Tbsp. lemon juice
  • 2 tsp dry basil
  • 1/2 tsp grnd cumin
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp pepper
  • 1/2 c. uncooked couscous
  • 1 tsp grated lemon zest

  1. In large nonstick skillet heat butter over medium-high heat. Add in garlic; cook, stirring, 30seconds. Stir in snap peas; cook 3 min. Stir in broth, lemon juice, basil, cumin, salt and pepper. Bring to a boil. Stir in couscous; remove from heat. Cover; let stand 5 min. Stir in zest; serve. 6 servings
