- 2 Tbsp. lime juice
- 1 tsp clear honey
- 1 clv garlic crushed
- 2 Tbsp. minced mixed herbs e.g. mint parsley chives thyme
- 1 x salt and pepper

- Beat the oil with the lemon and lime juices honey garlic herbs and salt and pepper to taste till well blended. Alternatively place all the ingredients in a screwtop jar and shake vigorously to combine well before using.
