- Put lowfat milk, sugar and curl of lemon zest in saucepan and bring to a boil, stirring. Boil for 2 min, then remove from heat and let cold.
- Strain into a freezer-proof container. Cover and freeze.
- When ready to serve, remove from freezer. Using a hand-held blender, beat frzn lowfat milk mix to a creamy froth. Serve, sprinkled with powdered cinnamon and grated lemon zest, with cinnamon sticks for stirring.
