Рецепт Layered Cole Slaw

Mom is sharing many of her summer salads with us.  What better way to use up the bounty of our gardens and not heat up our kitchens on these hot summer days.  This one is her layered coleslaw.  It is so good, filling and refreshing on a hot summer evening.  Let me know what y’all think of her 1 head of 3-4 stalks celery 1 large cucumber sliced 3/4 lb bacon strips, cooked and 1/2 head of cauliflower, chopped and 1 medium bag frozen peas or fresh peas from your 1 cup sliced green 1 cup mild 1 1/4 cups slaw dressing or homemade- see In large glass bowl, layer the vegetables and half the bacon in whatever order you like.  Top with the Cheese and remaining…
