- 1/4 c. Lowfat milk
- 1/4 c. Monterey jack cheese shredded

Инструкции
- Heat oven to 400F. Remove stems, seeds and membranes from peppers; chop peppers. Mix peppers, beef, egg, bread crumbs, lowfat milk, cheese, onion, salt and pepper. Shape mix into 1-inch balls. Place in ungreased pan, 13x9x2-inches. Cook uncovered in oven till brown, 15 to 20 min. Serve with salsa.
