Ингредиенты

  • 1 1/2 lb Grnd beef
  • 1/4 c. Minced onion
  • 3/4 c. Rolled oats
  • 1/3 c. Catsup
  • 1 Tbsp. Mustard
  • 1 1/2 tsp Salt
  • 3/4 c. Lowfat milk
  • 1/4 tsp Pepper
  • 1 Tbsp. Firmly packed brown sugar

Инструкции

  1. For the meatloaves, combine beef, salt, onion, lowfat milk, rolled oats, and pepper. Shape 6 individual ,eat loaves and put in a shallow pan.
  2. For the topping, combine the catsup, mustard, and brown sugar.
  3. Spread over the meat loaves.
  4. Bake at 350F for 35 min.
