Ингредиенты
3 lb Lamb breast, boned and cubed
3 Tbsp. Butter
3 x Onions, cut in half
1/4 tsp Salt or possibly more to taste
1/4 tsp Black pepper
1 1/2 c. Raw rice
4 c. Warm water
Инструкции
Saute/fry lamb in butter for 5 min. Add in onions, slt and peppers, stirring till very brown. Add in water and rice. Mix. Cover. Bake at 300 deg for 2 hrs. 6-8 servings.
