- Key Lime Fruit Dip
- 1 package (8 oz) cream cheese, room temperature
- 1/2 cup plus 2 T Chobani Blended Key Lime Yogurt
- 2 T sweetened condensed milk
- 2 T key lime juice
- 1/4 t vanilla extract
- 1/2 t grated key lime rind
- In a small bowl, with an electric mixer on high, beat cream cheese, yogurt. sweetened condensed milk, lime juice, and vanilla extract until creamy
- Stir in lime rind
- Cover and refrigerate one hour
- Dip will keep for 2 days refrigerated
- Key Lime, Fruit Dip, Fruit
- Fruit Kabobs:
- Strawberries, washed and hulled
- Kiwi, peeled and sliced
- (Canned) Pineapple Chunks, drained
- 2 T key lime juice
- Thread whole strawberries, pineapple chunks and sliced kiwi on skewers
- Drizzle with key lime juice
- Serve Key Lime Fruit Dip with Fruit Kabobs and
- Graham crackers
