- Preparation of Mambazha Pulissery:
- Peel the mango and boil it in water along with green chillies & salt.
- Grind the coconut with cumin seeds, turmeric powder & chilli powder to a fine paste and add this paste to the boiling mango.
- Blend the Yoghurt for making it smooth and add this to the the mixture(don't allow the yoghurt to split).
- Heat the coconut oil in a pan.
- Add mustard seeds and when they crackle,add red chillies & curry leaves.
- Add the above into the mango curry and stir well.
- Add Uluva powder and mix well.
