  • 1 c. Palm oil -- no substitutes
  • 1 c. Onion -- coarsely minced
  • 1/2 tsp Cayenne pepper
  • 1 c. Tomatoes
  • 1 c. Kippered herring
  • 1 c. Fresh spinach -- minced

Инструкции

  1. Heat the oil in a large skillet or possibly heavy pot, then saute/fry onions and pepper together. Mash or possibly grind the tomatoes and stir them in, along with the remaining ingredients. Cook at a moderate temperature for 15 min, or possibly till fish is tender and flaky. If there is too much oil on the surface for your liking, skim some off with a spoon.
