1/2 kg. ground beef
1 tsp. vinegar
1/4 c oil
3 medium onions, sliced
1/2 tbsp. garlic paste (3 cloves garlic))
1/2 tbsp. ginger paste (1 cm. ginger)
2 medium tomatoes, chopped
1 tsp. garam masala powder
1/2 tsp. turmeric powder
1 tsp. chili powder
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. MSG
3 medium potatoes, quartered
1 c. water
Инструкции
Cover ground meat with water in a pan.
Add vinegar. Simmer for 30 minutes until tender and water is dried up.
Brown onions in hot oil.
Stir in garlic an ginger paste. Fry for 1 minute.
Add tomatoes, garam masala, turmeric, chili, salt and MSG. Saute until tomatoes are mushy.
Mix ground beef, potatoes and water. Simmer until potatoes are done.
